The private beach offers much-needed space, unlike some crowded Miami spots. The modern decor adds a touch of sophistication, making for a pleasant atmosphere.

The wifi struggles. it barely works, necessitating multiple calls to address the issue. Sound insulation needs work, as disruptions from hallways can be jarring at night, interrupting sleep with noise from housekeepers and conversations. The pool area resembles a bustling theme park, packed with guests, which could overwhelm anyone seeking tranquility. Dining through room service feels basic. the menu doesn’t excite, and delays in delivery can frustrate. Furthermore, the restaurant hosts didn’t seem to manage table availability effectively during peak hours.

I had a wonderful stay with excellent service and breathtaking ocean views from my luxurious room. The friendly staff made my visit memorable, especially at the beach where everything was well arranged for a perfect day. However, some amenities could use a little more upkeep.

Rooms were clean, had a nice smell, and everything in it from the flat-screen TV to the minibar was in great shape. The beach service was impressive. The beach manager Will made sure I was fine, and my server Anthony was super quick. Spa facilities here are a must-try—they really pamper you.

The beach view was breathtaking! Loved waking up to the sound of the waves 🌊. Staff was super accommodating, especially Metin by the pool. Just wish the mini fridge had some extra space for my snacks.

A surprising experience marred by multiple issues, including ants in the room and a non-functional tub hose. The mini bar contained expired chocolate, two months past its date, and when notified, the front desk simply advised to return it. Promises of maintenance and management follow-up went unfulfilled, leaving me with unresolved concerns long after my stay. On a positive note, the baguettes served were quite enjoyable and a highlight during meals.

This place suits me perfectly! The outdoor swimming pool, private beach, and fitness center provide everything I need. I’ll never forget how the staff helped me find a valuable lost item during my first stay. Definitely recommend it!
